Lead time

Immediate once order is processed, as we have these ready made (excludes shipping time). Contact us directly at info@velt.co.za if you need to fast track your order and we will see if it is possible. 

Important info

Because all frames are handmade, slight variations in the product may occur. The foliage used is dependent on what is available and may differ slightly from the images. We try our best to make each piece as close to the example as possible but due to the nature of the product, this is not always possible.
 
VELT Designs is not responsible for any installation or transportation damage that occurs. We can repair damages, but at the client's cost. Clients are welcome to collect artworks from my Cape Town studio or arrange their own courier. 

Specimens should be kept in a dry place out of direct sunlight to ensure the foliage does not fade over time.
